Due to the large area of Chinese ocean,it is necessary to monitor the marine environment to ensure the safety of Chinese coastal seas.Marine buoy is currently the common method of ocean monitoring.This paper researches on the buoys with large data collections,and designs and implements the buoy UAV communication system based on WIFI transmission mode.Combining the application requirements of buoy and UAV communication,the paper analyzes the communication distance and data transmission of buoys and designs the communication strategy and implementation method of buoy UAV;the paper also analyzes the problem of limited buoy energy source and designs low power consumption method for the system.The paper designs a communication system by selecting a low power consumption WIFI chip.The communication system includes a wireless wake-up module,a system control module,and a power amplification module.The wireless wake-up module implements low-power consumption of listening by waking up the system control module when the drone arrives.The wireless wake-up module has extremely low listening power consumption,which can meet the low power consumption requirements of the system;the system control module realizes the functions of data transmission and reception,as well as being responsible for controlling the power amplification module to swap data with the drone;the power amplification module amplifies the input and output signals,increases the power of the transmit signal,and improves the receiving sensitivity.The paper designs a low-power consumption strategy for the system,including the software design of the wake-up module and the control module,the design mode and sleep interval of the wake-up module,which realize the function of low-power consumption listening.The control module is designed to use the master chip flexibly under various working modes which can meet the low power requirements of the system based on the low power delay strategy in different situations.The paper also designs a header for the UDP protocol,which aims to achieve the reliability of data transmission.The software level design is relatively perfect to meet the system's low power consumption and reliability requirements.Finally,the paper presents the test results of the system's power consumption under various states,and the test results of each module's functions.According to the test results,the system power consumption strategy meets the requirements of the project,and the coordination of each module in the system operate smoothly.The system can satisfy the low power consumption requirements of the project under various scenarios.
