With the development of science and social progress,people's efforts to develop and utilize marine has been gradually strengthened,especially in coastal waters.The effective monitoring of marine environment is very important.Marine buoy as the main means of marine monitoring,with its high reliability,good stability,relatively efficient advantages,widely used in marine hydrological and meteorological data collection.Coastal waters are mainly monitored by using 3 meter small buoys.At present,the traditional marine buoy,which is located in the country,is easy to be stolen,easy to corrode and have poor quality,which need to regularly change the battery and other issues,affecting its normal work to a certain extent.This paper relies on the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission of Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan "Basic Research Key Project,the Arctic Ocean Observation Buoy Failure Mechanism and Service Safety Research(11JC1404700),to China's offshore 3 meters marine monitoring buoy based on its optimal design to build a Offshore ocean monitoring buoy system,and use our own design of the Beidou satellite data transmission to the shore station receiving system for China's offshore marine observation to make some reference.Small multi-parameter marine buoy monitoring system,including four major parts: marine buoy base hardware(floating standard,mooring system,protective equipment,sensors,power supply system),data acquisition system,communication system,shore station receiving system.In the design of the hardware system,the anti-corrosion performance and the reasonable configuration of the equipped equipment are taken into account,and the AQWA of ANSYS software is used to analyze the hydrofoil of the three floating buoys.By comparing the value of the roll response and the pantograph,In addition to the traditional battery and solar panels outside the power generation,the use of mature natural renewable energy-wind energy and wave energy combination of power generation,in order to improve the power supply equipment,based on the power supply equipment,Wave power generation efficiency,the use of Fluent simulation software analysis and design of a wave power generator shroud to extend the working life of the buoy.In the design of data acquisition system,the use of low-power,high-precision CR1000 data acquisition and design for the buoy on the external interface design.In the design of data communication system,the Beitou satellite with high reliability and strong confidentiality is used to realize the communication and timing function of collecting data,and the accuracy of positioning accuracy of buoy is ensured by Beidou satellite and GPS combination.Compass satellite communication terminal through the serial port and the receiving system to connect.In the design of the software system,the use of flexible operation,good visibility,versatility of the LabVIEW software for system development,through the VISA control and Beidou terminal data communication,to achieve the monitoring of the ocean elements and buoy status monitoring,data Query,overrun alarm and other functions.Verified,LabVIEW software can be a good display of data,set up and save and other functions.In this paper,the small multi-parameter marine buoy monitoring system is designed to improve its anti-corrosion performance and prolong its working time.It is more in line with the requirements of offshore sea area in the design of the object and the design of the hardware.Compared with the existing small marine buoy has a greater advantage,hope to oprovide some reference and help for China's relevant marine monitoring departments.
