Including China, many marine countries in the world have started the researchon utilizing wave and tidal current energy and a variety of power generation deviceshave been invented one after another. The real sea test is the key for the oceanenergy device from the engineering prototype to large-scale industrial production.The construction of public welfare wave and tidal current energy offshore test field isvery important and necessary.Currently, although many wave and tidal current energy offshore test site areunder construction or have been put into operation in the world, there has been thelack of relevant research about its location problem. On the basis of the relevantresearch, this paper will do a preliminary study on the selection of wave and tidalcurrent energy offshore test site.On the basis of the analysis of previous studies and the building results, it givesthe definition of the wave energy and tidal current energy offshore test field, effect,the development patterns and the development of dynamic mechanism, theprinciples of selection of the wave energy and tidal current energy offshore test fieldsite and the principle of election elements, affect the siting of wave energy and tidalcurrent energy offshore test field. It analyzes each element and builds ElementSystem. It aims to present an analysis methodology in order to improve wave energyand tidal current energy industry development rate and reduce the cost of testing.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The main contributions are as follows.1.The thesis elaborates conceptual bases on the wave energy and tidal currentenergy offshore test field. through the analysis of wave and tidal current energyindustrialization process, gives the definition of the wave and tidal current energy offshore test site,analysis its composition, explores its main function and the modeof development. Through the introduction, it defines the meaning of wave energyand current energy offshore test site. It is the foundation of the following discuss.2. The thesis studies development mechanism of the wave and tidal currentenergy offshore test site. It analysis the necessity of the construction of the wave andtidal current energy offshore test site from the point of energy demand,technological development, environmental protection, industrial development andnational policy, etc. It points out: in the conditions of the current energy crisis,environmental pollution, and science and technology development, the constructionof wave and tidal current energy offshore test site is an inevitable trend.3. The thesis analyzes the elements contained in the test site and builds siteelements election system. This paper first gives the selection principles of the waveenergy and tidal current energy offshore test field site as well as site elements. Onthis basis, this paper analyzes the advantages that EMEC was settled in the Orkneyand filters out site elements of the wave energy and tidal current energy offshoretest field. This thesis divided the elements into element of natural environment andthat of social environmental. Elements of the natural environment contains elementsof resources and the environment, hydrology environmental factors, meteorologicalenvironmental elements, elements of the geological environment and naturaldisasters elements; elements of the social environment includes transportationelements, the elements of power facilities, policy support elements, machinerymanufacturing elements and zoning planning elements and the development and thedevelopment and utilization of elements. On the basis, the paper builds the locationfactor system of the wave and tidal current energy offshore test site for research andpractice in future.4. The thesis analysis the possibility about Chengshantou as a national wave andtidal current energy offshore test site through the elements in Chapter V. Through the elements of Chengshantou Discussion and comparison, this paper considers thearea as a test site is entirely feasible. |
