Study On Dynamic Mechanism And Ability Evaluation Of Technology Innovation For Coal Enterprise

This article discusses the general situation of technological innovation in China coal mines,combed the our country coal mining technology, equipment and technology, mechanized coalmine development and coal mining technology and equipment introduction and developmentpaths, and points out the main problems of technological innovation of China’s coal mines.According to the particularity of coal mining technology innovation process, analyzed the maininternal and external effects of coal mining technology innovation factors, through the design ofquestionnaire survey analysis, identified five key external factors affecting coal miningtechnology innovation and four key internal factors. On this basis, established the dynamicmodel of technological innovation factors influence coal mine, analyzes the impact of coalmining technology innovation relation between each factor system, and introduces the keyinfluence factors as the control parameters in the simulation analysis of the performance level ofcoal mining technology innovation. Finally, defines the connotation of coal mines andcomponent elements of technical innovation ability, evaluation of the coal mining technologyinnovation capability model based on DEA, and gives an example of evaluation and analysis.
