Research On The Operating Mechanism Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance-Based On Game Theory

Since the end of the twentieth century,Industrial technology innovation alliances have been emerging aroud the worldwide,Industrial technology innovation alliance has become an efficient way for enterprises to improve the innovation efficiency,rapidly attain innovative technology and obtain competitive advantage.More and more enterprises realize knowledge sharing and technology transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements through industrial technology innovation alliances,improve enterprise's own value,win a greater competitive advantage,and realize comprehensive promotion in capital,talent,technology,and realize enterprise growth and economic growth.Firstly,this paper studied the modes of industrial technology innovation alliance.We compared the mode of industrial technology innovation alliances among the United States,Japan and China respectively.We found that the mode of America's industrial technology innovation alliances are diversified,and the range of cooperation is relatively extensive,and cooperation level is more deep.The mode of Japanese technology research cooperation is currently the most characteristic in the word.Its main characteristic is formative and matured development,complied with the trend of economic globalization,and improved international competitiveness.But in China,the industrial technology innovation alliances are mainly government-oriented,enterprises and universities are relatively passive in industrial technology innovation alliances.Secondly,This paper studied the operating mechanism of industrial technology alliance.Using the method of game theory,We analyses from three angles,including: trust mechanism,the knowledge sharing mechanism,and interest distribution mechanism.In terms of trust mechanism,we found that the alliance parties,in a one-off game case,want to improve the efficiecy of the industrial technology innovation alliances,they have to change the "prisoner's dilemma",and seek long-term cooperation,both sides need to enter the stage of the repeated game;Under the condition of infinite game,when the discount factor is greater than a certain critical point,enterprises in the industrial technology innovation alliance must be patient,and finally adopt the trust strategy after repeated cooperations with universities(or research institutes);If in the process of the operation of the industrial technology innovation alliance,the more of the rewards and punishments of government and the higher cost of mistrust of members partner,the greater the likelihood of alliance partners is trustworthy,the greater the probability of alliance parties take trust strategy,and form a good alliance trust mechanism.In terms of the knowledge sharing mechanism,we found that the members of the slliance partners will share knowledge only when the members of the alliance partners think the benefits of knowledge sharing will be no less than the benefits of non-sharing knowledge.In terms of interest distribution mechanism,we found that the interest distribution depends on on the elasticity coefficient of enterprises,the smaller the elastic coefficient,the greater the profits.Finally,we study the improved varieties of livestock and poultry industry technology innovation alliance.By using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),we studies the restricting factors on the trust mechanism,the knowledge sharing mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism in the improved varieties of livestock and poultry industry technology innovation alliance,and the result shows that the trust mechanism mainly depends on the experience of cooperation,corporate reputation,corporate vision,entrepreneurs charm and legal constraints and other factors;the knowledge sharing mechanism mainly depends on factors such as enterprise culture,resources and property rights owned by enterprises,profitability and r&d investment in scientific research;the benefit distribution mechanism mainly depends on factors such as manpower,capital and capital investment,scientific and technological achievements conversion rate and ability to resist technical risks.Some suggestions and schemes on how to establish trust mechanism,knowledge sharing mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism of fine breeding alliance of livestock and poultry are put forward.
