Research On The Formation Mechanism Of Enterprise Technology Innovation Networks Based On System Dynamics

Under economic globalization circumstance, Science and technology has made rapid development, business environment is more complex and changeable, in the face of increasingly fierce competition, a single enterprise can have been difficult to continue in the fierce competition, the competition of the value chain has become the main means of competition on the market. However, in the shifting period of our country’s economic growth, the enterprises in China in the pursuit of technological progress still rely on "go it alone" approach, even some enterprises pursuit technological progress relying on the cooperation among a plurality of individual technology innovation, it is still difficult to maintain the long-term cooperative relationship between the enterprises. The enterprises use the most of market resources, in the face of competition, they need to keep a long-term cooperation innovation experience enterprises around the enterprises, in this context, study the formation mechanism of technological innovation networks of enterprises is necessary.First of all, this paper systematically reviews the relevant theoretical basis, does an in-depth analysis of the concept of the enterprises technical innovation networks structure, decomposes the form of enterprise technology innovation and coupling mechanism, has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the later study. Secondly, the author establishes one path framework of enterprise technology innovation networks formation. The development path of enterprise technological innovation networks need experience one state from unstable to stable changes, then need to break through a series of factors, can effectively integrate platform construction enterprises in technological innovation networks. Once again, the enterprise as the center, according to the main body of innovation in science and technology activities, establish causal loop diagram and the system flow chart, study the logical relationship between each variable, establish listed equation, construct the system dynamics model. Finally, establish the system dynamics model for simulation, by comparing the simulation results with the real data, the model is verified, and through system analysis, obtains the enterprise technology innovation network formation mechanism.
