| Urbanization is the general trend of the world. As urbanization continues to accelerate,traffic rush becomes one of the serious factors restricting China’s development. Metro hassome outstanding features, such as efficient with comfort, punctual with safety, energy-saving and environmental. Metro takes much attention, and gradually becomes animportant part of the urban transport system.With the construction of the metro, a kind of special resource, metro resources comeinto being. Such kind of resources was attached to the metro construction and operation, aspecial form of various resources in the special circumstances of metro. According to itsform, metro resources can be divided into tangible resources and intangible resources. Inthe reality of the metro construction and operation, the metro resources,especially tangibleresources were not taken good use of, besides the efficiency is very low. Most of the metrooperations depend on the government finance are under great loss. Such reality hasconstrained the development of urban rail transit.Based on the theory of public goods and externality, the paper analyze the commercialvalue sources and the main beneficiaries of the metro construction. Classified into threekinds, the concept of urban metro resources were mainly introduced on real estate resources,underground space resources, and advertising resources. The paper use methods ofliterature analysis, comparative studies and empirical research. By looking up to therelevant theory and information, proceeding from economic attributes, we collect a typicalcase of the metro resource development at home and abroad. By analyzing the successfulexperience of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Japan and other places in the metro real estateresources, the subway underground space resources, as well as the advertising resourcedevelopment, we make a series of conclusion on resource development of the Tianjin metro,so that we could make internalization of positive externalities. |
