With a variety of automation and information technology in the manufacturing enterprises continued and deeply application, manufacturing productivity has been increased to a very high level, the manufacturing process itself, the technical means to improve the competitiveness of the entire product becomes smaller, enterprise supply chain service level is particularly important. LM company focus on printing and imaging solutions, it is a R&D company, manufacturer and supplier, the continuous improvement of its integrated supply chain management has won a strong market competitiveness, thesis, the case study of LM has practical significance.The paper uses the case study method to describe and analyze LM’s integrated supply chain management issues. The thesis is divided into five parts. Among them, the first part describes the background and theme of the case studies, and case studies of the structure and the way to do a rough indication. The second part uses the corresponding theory to expatiate the meaning and function of integrated supply chain, the stage of development of the integrated supply chain management and the method of integrated supply chain efficiency evaluation. The third and fourth part link LM company’s actual situation, describe the development process of LM’s integrated supply chain management, and to evaluate the performance on various stages of integrated supply chain management strategy, sum up its experience and inadequate.Through this case study it is easy to find, LM could adjust its supply chain management model in appropriate time according to internal and external environment, introduced advanced information management system, and gradually solved the inaccurate orders release and high inventory costs.Moreover, after reviewing the implementation of supply chain integration found that core enterprise LM’s supply chain planning is lack of stringent system supports and node enterprises are over-reliance on LM, at the same time LM as the core enterprise did not take the initiative to assume responsibility consciousness in a period of demand downside. This paper is proposed to improve LM’s module supply chain planning system, added the management efficiency evaluation system on node enterprise supplier, at the same time LM company should have further planned measures to balance supply chain risk with suppliers.Based on the paper analysis, it is necessary to optimize LM’s integrated supply chain management, as the core enterprise LM must take full advantage of the information channels and the influence to node enterprises, and it is also important to strengthen the management of node enterprises from downstream to upstream, each node of the joint enterprise strengthen strategic cooperation, set up clear common goal and risk-sharing, establish a community of supply chain around the LM company’s mesh, to achieve win-win alliance.The paper of case study on LM’s integrated supply chain management brings out the reference to both the same types of enterprises and Chinese enterprises, and brings forward LM’s integrated supply chain management efficiency evaluation and optimization recommendations which have great benefit for enterprise’s problem improvement and advanced management.
