Because of current operation status, The company have to face so many problems within business activities including huge workload, inefficient work, numerous manual errors, high rate of discrepancy of goods. It is no way to cope with company sustainable growth with high speed if current operation keeps no change.In order to totally solve those problems mentioned above, the paper literature has been produced one warehouse management system which is tailor made system; this system is born based on warehouse theory firstly, then based on this company warehouse flow and current operations secondly, eventually referring to numerous online information pertaining to warehouse management system, adopting C#development language and Microsoft SQL2008that both of tools are based on WINDOWS platform. The main contents of this article include below parts, firstly this tools of C#and SQL2008is about to be briefly introduced to readers, and then put more efforts on explain COMTECH’s warehouse operation and system requirement, which is to be basis of blueprint of this customized warehouse system.This paper described as much detail as possible on mapping of warehouse operation and system design, system core modules is consisted of system management, master data management and user web console; details sub functions is consisted of goods in and out operation, physical goods stock take, goods retrieve with soon, good movement within the same warehouse, scan machine operate, scan records inquiry, goods traceability according to customer and supplier needs, and so on. From adopting this system, we expect to increase warehouse operation efficiency, reduce manual mistake as much as possible, transparent warehouse operators labor effort.
