With the development of human society, the competition about human resources especially talents is becoming more and more prominent on economic activity. Many enterprises mend their pace on human recourses management. Staff training system has already be built according to modern market economy. Effective staff training can improve employee quality, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the realization of business strategy to achieve a win-win staff and the organization. How to effectively improve the quality and achievement of staff, develop human resources has become the key to development in SIDA already.This paper tries to solve the problems in the development of a set of scientific and effective training system according to the characteristics of the staff and the actual situation to arouse their working enthusiasm and creativity, to make them into team and accept enterprise culture. According to the characteristics of SIDA company staff and the problems existing in the training, from analyzing staff training needs, training theory and successful experience, this paper try to design the employee training plan and implement training process and finally, through evaluating the effect of training activities, establishing the evaluation mechanism to build the SIDA company employee training system. At the same time, this paper summarized the safeguard measures of SIDA company employee training system from the training concept and system, training investment and motivation mechanism. The design of this system truly improves SIDA company employee training more scientific and efficient, so as to promote the sustainable development of SIDA company, and achieve the strategy of enterprise development.
