This article research on company middle level management in ZQ group, the core of stuff training system, the continuous revolution and self-development of human resources are the base of core competition ability. The middle manager perform the function of support upper and lead the lower in the company management structure, they are the major pole to support the innovation activities in business. The middle manager as the candidates group for top manager as well as learning model of sub ordinaries, so the middle manager quality influence the quality of company business, also influence the future of company, so we know, to keep the middle manager improving knowledge and ability is the base of company development. Lots of company notice the role of middle manager training, but some of them pay more attention on enlarge market share and investment in past decade, and pay money for new comer training and stuff training, the ignoring of middle manager training lack of systematic plan, to influence the improving ability and career development.This article was writing via theoretical research the training of middle manager of the ZQ Group as well as during the writing of this article, the survey and survey instruments to collect information, analysis also, with confirms the deficiencies of the existing training system of the ZQ Group and research and thinking, and as of this writing the basic idea. During the use of training theory, combined with the second pioneering the development of ZQ Group strategy decomposition proposed cooperating with the strategic requirements of middle management training system optimization program, so as to fill the blank ZQ Group training system for the training of middle managers.
