Nowadays,talent has become an important factor in the development of enterprises.More and more enterprises attach importance to talent training and regard staff training as an important part of human resource management.Many enterprises are walking at the "crossroads" of organization and talent transformation,which puts forward higher requirements and more challenges for the learning and development of employees.The production,operation and management activities and the rapid development of the enterprise are inseparable from the continuous training and long-term training of employees.The middle management,which is between the decision-making level and the executive level,plays a very important role as a bridge between the preceding and the following,and directly affects the success or failure of the enterprise.It is a shortcut for the steady development of enterprises to continuously strengthen the training of middle-level managers and pay more attention to the training of such groups.Since the establishment of AY Company,it has set up human resources department and training module to perform the training function and organize the implementation of the company’s corresponding training.By the end of 2019,with the rapid development of enterprises,higher requirements and clear development direction have been put forward for training.It is hoped that training will be developed into an enterprise university and become the cornerstone of enterprise knowledge.Through internal and external cooperation,communication,training,etc.,the cultural brand of the enterprise will be finally formed and become the engine and booster for enterprises to cultivate talents.However,there are still some problems in the training of middle-level managers,such as the lack of analysis of training needs,unscientific formulation of training plans,lack of professional internal trainers,lack of diversification of model content,and lack of training operability.This paper follows the classic paper research process of "ask questions analyze problems solve problems",takes AY Company Technology Co.,Ltd.middle-level managers as the specific research object,adopts the research methods of investigation and interview,makes an in-depth summary and analysis of the current situation of middle-level managers’ training,and analyzes the company under the guidance of therelevant theories of modern employee training The problems and causes of the training management of the middle-level managers of the company,the innovative construction of the training system of the middle-level managers,and the implementation of the safeguard measures,have a certain reference role and value.In the design of this paper,we should follow the principles of taking the company’s strategic objectives as the guide,combining with the staff’s career development,and combining with the enterprise’s practice,so that the trainees can really apply what they have learned to the future work,and consolidate the effect of strengthening the training.To this end,AY Technology Co.,Ltd.enterprise middle management training system for the individual level,for the company level and for the company’s organizational strategy.Set goals for the individual level of the middle-level leaders participating in the training,determine the goals to be achieved in the training in reverse according to the company’s future development goals,and strengthen the middle-level leaders to publicize the company’s strategic planning on the basis of establishing the goals of the first two dimensions,regardless of strengthening the strategic thinking in the training,so as to ensure that the pace and direction of employees keep pace with the company The unity of values can be achieved physically.After that,we designed the effect evaluation from response evaluation,learning evaluation,behavior evaluation and achievement evaluation,and improved the transformation scheme of middle-level managers’ training achievements.Finally,from the four aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee,resource guarantee and culture guarantee,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the training system for the middle-level managers of AY Technology Co.,Ltd.are improved.I hope that this paper can be used as a reference for the research of similar enterprise training system,and play a role in the optimization design of AY Technology Co.,Ltd.
