Study On The Influential Factors And Countermeasures Of Farmers’ Income Of Heilongjiang Province In Retail Mode

Dairy industry is an emerging industry which is rapidly developing in China. With theincrease of residents’ income in our country and the change of consumption idea, dairyconsumption level is also increasing day by day. Dairy products are not only rich in nutrition, butalso easy to digest and absorb, so they are increasingly becoming the important food of theconsumer. Under the pulling of the consumption, the raw milk production is also rapidlyincreasing. Over the past15years, the growth rate of China’s raw milk production has been rankedfirst in the world. However. When the raw milk production has growth fast, there is also the keyproblem that the farmers’ income decline. Retail model of dairy farming in our country is the mostfundamental organization pattern. The analysis of the retail model has a big significance for theresearch to the future development of China’s dairy industry. As the main breeding mode of dairyfarming in our country, retail dairy farming mode has the problem of low farmers’ income,therefore the key to long-term sustainable dairy industry development in our country is to improvethe economic benefits of the cow breeding under retail mode. The main research purpose of thisthesis is to find the influencial factors of farmers’ income under the retail mode with Heilongjiangprovince as an example and show how to improve the dairy farmers’ income under the retail mode.This thesis briefly introduces the research background and significance, domestic and foreignresearch review, research methods and ideas, research contents and technical route, etc. With theanalysis of the influencial factors of the farmers’ income under the retail mode and theimprovement of the farmers’ income in Heilongjiang province as the main line, it makes clear thebasic concept and connotation of the supply and demand theory,game theory. According to thequestionnaire survey of dairy farmers under the retail mode in Heilongjiang province, the thesismakes a quantitative analysis of the cost benefit of dairy farmer under the retail mode. The resultsof the quantitative analysis show that the economic benefits of the retail dairy farming are relatedto the breeding scale, cow breed, the price of feed and the milk quality, etc.According to the extent of the impact of various factors, this thesis puts forward to theconcrete countermeasures and suggestions of improving the dairy farmers’ income under the retailmode:the government should increase the subsidies range and strength; stable the price of raw milk.; implement the moderate scale breeding; increase the intensity of cow disease preventionand control, popularize thoroughbred cow breeding,.
