The Study On The Path Of The Sustainable Development Of Family Enterprises

Since China’s reform and opening, the scale of family enterprises has developedrapidly, which becomes an important part of the national economy. No doubt about thoseChinese family enterprises as the main form of private economy play a more important rolein the progress of building an all-round well-off society, while the development of foreignfamily enterprises can still be one hundred years, Chinese family businesses are consideredas "rich only three generations". Combining the theory of sustainable development of theenterprise, this paper does further research into new Chinese family enterprises, and thenput forward to build the path model of sustainable development, as well as promoting toimprove the problem of financing environment, human resource, and managementmechanism. One of the urgent problems to be addressed for theoretical circles and thebusiness community is providing the decision basis for the sustainable development of thefamily business, and then further perfect the governance model.According to the thinking of asking questions, analyzing problems, and solvingproblem, this paper focuses on the influence factors of the sustainable development ofChinese family enterprises, and tries to objectively analyze the current developingobstacles and problems of Chinese family business; finally, this paper will put forward tobuild the path model of sustainable development.Firstly, comparing with the presentsituation of the foreign family enterprises characteristics, this paper analyzes thedevelopment and characteristics of Chinese family enterprises and then conclude that theadvantages and disadvantages of Chinese family business development; Secondly,combining with some cases, analyses the experience and the bottleneck of rapiddevelopment of problems; Finally, combined with the actual situation of Chinese nationalconditions and enterprise, this paper comes up with some countermeasures and buildfamily enterprise sustainable development path.The innovation of the paper:(1)Based on the relevant theory and literature, this paperstudies the influence factors of the sustainable development of Chinese family enterprises,and deeply analyzes the obstacles and problems through the comparison andreference.(2)Based on the internal and external influence factors of Chinese family enterprise sustainable development and enlightenment from case analysis, this articlepresents Chinese family business sustainable development model of “Structure-Management-Cultural”, which includes Employee-owned, engineering of human capitaland so on.
