Our country is a big vegetable production country. Because the population is so large, our country is also a vegetable consumption country. Vegetables play a highly significant role in resident’s daily life. As government announced many policies on account of fresh agricultural products circulation, the researches on fresh agricultural products represented by vegetables come into focus.This paper carries a further in-depth study on the process of circulation of fresh agricultural products represented by vegetables. The main content includes:Firstly, this paper shows the stages of vegetables’circulation based on literature reading, field survey, and policies about agri-products circulation government announced. The paper goes over our country’s circulation channels of vegetables, discusses the problems of vegetables’circulation, and gives the key trading nodes in our country, including fields(farmer/agency)-wholesale market(agency/retailer)-retail terminal(supermarket/agricultural trade market/consumer).Secondly, this paper carries further study on the dominant trading nodes in the circulation. With asymmetric information theory, multi-objective decision, consumer surplus, and marginal analysis, the paper analyzes the process of trading qualitatively, and then establishes economic models, quantitatively research the variable change level and relative impacts based on existing research results, aiming at showing the price forming mechanism and reason of poor circulation. This paper integrates the dominant trading nodes in circulation and analyzes the model as a whole.Finally, the paper draws some conclusions, advocates some policy suggestions and provides references for relevant government departments and trading participants.
