An Exploratory Research On Index System Of Internationalization Of National Innovation System

National innovation system construction plays an important role in improving the level of a country’s capacity of independent innovation and building an innovative country. In the world of science and technology globalization and economic integration flood tide, the internationalization of national innovation system level has become a new growth point of national innovation system development.In this paper, the internationalization of national innovation system level evaluation index system is studied, the main work can be summarized as follows:First of all, we do the research on thesis background, research significance, content and technical route. And we also discuss the previous theory and research results, pointing out the problem in the internationalization of national innovation system studying.Secondly, we has carried on a thorough analysis about internationalization of national innovation system, combining the theory of internationalization of science and technology and open innovation. Then we build an international innovation system evaluation index system which can measure the development level of internationalization. Our index system includes the primary index of science and technology resources into internationalization, the internationalization of production of scientific and technological achievements and international technology trade. Under three level indicators, respectively, a number of secondary and tertiary indicators are included.Again, we carry on the empirical analysis in the development of internationalization of about China’s national innovation system. Using the entropy method to determine the index weight of index system, we calculate the internationalization development of China’s national innovation system level. We analyze the results in two aspects, one is the overall trend analysis, another is the index factor analysis in order to figure out the weakness in the process of internationalization for China’s national innovation system construction.Finally, according to the results of our analysis on the development of internationalization of China’s national innovation system, we put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.
