Modern enterprises have increasingly recognized that human resource is a keyfactor of the core competitiveness of enterprises. So it is extremely important to makesure the behavior of employees consistent with the demand of enterprises to enhancethe competitiveness rather than hinder it. However, the staff’s behaviors and goals arenot always in line with the expectation of the enterprise, because enterprise’s internalresources are limited and more than one personal want to get the resources (such aspromotion opportunities). There will be staff to meet their personal interests and needsaccess to resources through illegal political activities When the competition isinevitable. When the enterprise employees have perceptions of other staff’s illegalpolitical behavior, they will reduce their positive recognition of the wholeorganization, have a negative attitude and reduce their performance even leave theenterprise. Because of that it is significantly important to research the organizationpolitical behavior of enterprise and the perceived organizational politics of personalemployee. And explore the negative impact of perceived organizational politics haveimportant significance for enterprises to formulate a reasonable policy.After study the past research at domestic and foreign, this article have found thatperceived organizational politics have a negative effect of job involvement, whileperceived organizational support which is likely to have a mediating effect. But thereare no scholars have tested the mediating role of perceived organizational support.This article tested it through questionnaire and SPSS tool. The main conclusions areas follows. First, perceived organizational politics have a significant negative impacton job involvement. Specifically, promotion actions and the gap between policies andenforce have a significant negative impact on job involvement. Second, perceivedorganizational support has an intermediary effect between perceived organizationalpolitics and job involvement. Specifically, support of the work has partialintermediary effect between perceived organizational politics and job involvement.And concern for the interests of has fully intermediary effect between perceivedorganizational politics and job involvement.In the enterprise management practice, there are three aspects to improveemployee job involvement. It includes that reduce the possibility of employees tomeet personal gain through the implementation of political behavior, guide staff about the interests of employees and provide organizational support environment.Specifically, the following suggestions are given. Such as rational use of informalorganizations to reduce the incidence of organizational political behavior, perfectincentive pay and promotion system, to establish an effective system of supervisionand enforcement mechanisms, Managers do not participate in organizational politics,concerned about the interests of the employees working inside and outside to providereasonable support staff. Through these measures can effectively reduce theoccurrence of organizational political behavior, enhance employees’ perceivedorganizational support and job involvement.
