In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,enterprises competition is exceptionally fierce.In order to enhance competitive,organizations have to find more effective ways to adapt to the fierce competition.Reling on the traditional or scarce resources(such as financial capital,advanced technology and patent information)to win the advantage has a long been a thing of the past,so where did advantages come from?The decisive key is to build competitive advantage,while in order to discover talent advantage and improve the staffs job involvement,it is necessary to correctly handle the relationship between employees and organization,implement effective incentive for employees.So,how to build organization human competitive advantage?Based on the social exchange theory and positive organization behavior theory,this paper will explore the relationship between the employee's perceived organization support,organization trust and job involvement.This research through the questionnaire survey way to collected data and target at different properties of 440 employees in domestic enterprises,by using the statistical software,SPSS23.0 and Amos21.0,we did the description statistical analysis,reliability analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and other methods.We also verified the effects of employees'perceived organization support on organization trust and job involvement,and further to analyzed the mediating role of organization trust in perceived organization support and job involvement,the main conclusions as follows:1.There is positive correlation between perceived organizational support and job involvement.Every dimension of organizational support has significant positive influence on job involvement.2.Significant positive correlation existed between organizational supports and organizational trust.Every dimensions of organizational has significant positive influence on support organizational trust.3.The employees' organizational trust on job involvement has significant positive correlation.Organizational trust has a significant impact on every dimension of job involvement.4.The relationship between perceived organizational support and job involvement is partly mediated by employees' organizational trust.Based on the analysis of the findings,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of employee job involvement.The first is to provide employees with strong organizational support.The second is to promote employees' organizational trust level.Finally,we will summarize the deficiency of this research and put forward the future research direction.
