E-commerce has become a pivotal industry that impacting the development of economics and changing people’s lifestyle in current China. Taking off of China’s e-commerce ecosystem has altering the business ecosystem and reshaping the business prospects. The development of E-commerce plays a decisive role in the background of deep integration of informatization and industrialization. At the same time, as a new industry, E-commerce is beginning to form clusters and develop rapidly under the complex economic environment. Given China’s fragmented, big market, new space business environment, there is an urgent need for a new scientifically and systematically theory to research and guide the sustainable development of e-commerce from a new point of view.Research on e-commerce ecosystem is still in the initial stage whether at home or abroad at present. The definition of e-commerce ecosystem is clearly less, not to mention the conceptual unity and systematic results. The research of e-commerce ecosystem evaluation model is particularly lacking. The purpose of this study is to provide Jiangsu province as well as China a new management perspective for the enterprises and other related organization in the e-commerce era, as well as to give an impactful supplement to some extent for the existing theory of e-commerce ecosystem. In particular, this paper presents a new dimension to form and analyze the evaluation model by using the theory of ecology and e-commerce business ecosystem. This paper also puts forward six dimensions of CDSESC model of e-commerce ecosystem through the comparison of electronic business affairs area, and then reveals the key problem of e-commerce ecological system evolution and ecological factors in the model environment and the matters needing attention through the analysis of the model. This article collects research information and results on ecological e-commerce domestic and foreign, and gives a comprehensive interpretation of business ecosystem. Then it obtains the implications of Alibaba e-commerce ecological effects by applying some methods such as electronic commerce market analysis, actual data statistics, practice, case analysis combined with a typical case of Alibaba ecosystem. This dissertation takes Jiangsu as the research object, analyzes and discusses the present e-commerce ecosystem of Jiangsu, then obtains reasonable suggestions, There is a positive significance of this paper to get across and promote the ecological development of Jiangsu e-commerce industry.This paper consists of the following six parts:The first part of the article explains the research background and significance of this paper, reviews the stats of overall e-commerce market, lists the current research situation of e-commerce ecosystem and then illustrates methods and process of the article.The second part of the article begins with introducing the concept, content mode and characteristics of electronic commerce and business ecosystem. Then it analyses some typical commercial ecological theory of ecosystem such as "Business ecosystem"(issued by an American scholar named James F. Moore in1996) and "community"(issued by Lansiti and Levien in2004).After that it includes the connotation and evolution path of e-commerce ecosystem.In the third part of the article, I first focus on the way to confirm the factors of electronic commerce system and the relationship between the factors, then ascertain that e-commerce ecosystem has the same basic properties with natural ecological system.After that, I construct a six-layer assess model of electronic commerce system namely CDSESC, which includes five inside layers of Core Layer, Deriving Layer, Support Layer, Extension Layer, Social Layer and a outside layer of Competition Layer. At last, the significance and practical application of CDSESC e-commerce ecosystem evaluation model is described.The forth part begins with analysis of the Jiangsu electronic commerce business environment, and then leads the development situation of e-commerce both domestic and Jiangsu. Then it lists the problems and challenges of Jiangsu e-commerce ecosystem by analyzing new CDSESC model, concludes the optimization measures to conduct the fine development of the electronic commerce.The fifth part discusses the methods to construct and optimize Jiangsu e-commerce ecosystem. The primary coverage of this part is to discuss the optimizing measures for leading the sustainable development of Jiangsu e-commerce ecosystem. The optimization measures contain the following six aspects:the optimization of the core corporate strategy, the optimization of derivative and supporting layer, the optimization of the epitaxial behavior organization, the optimization of social environment, and the optimization of competition strategy. This paper sets up extraordinary a competitive strategy optimization model of Jiangsu ecological system, which will benefit to comb the logics of optimization measures of Jiangsu electronic commerce strategy, to examine and correct the development of Jiangsu ecological system with the change of environment.The sixth part of this article sums up the conclusion, prospects and innovations of this paper.
