Study On Components Synchronous Supply Of The Automobile Mixed-Model Production Line

The competitiveness of auto market is increasing, and customers’ demand becomes much more diversified and personalized than before. The automobile production has transformed completely from the little-variety-and-volume-production mode into the mode of mixed-model production with great varieties and large volumes. The mixed-model production puts forward high requirements of components supply, and the major challenge lies in how to supply an exact number of components to a specific location on time. Synchronous supply is a satisfactory mode in that it can minimize components inventory. Focused on components synchronous supply for the mixed-model production line, the dissertation had modeled to study how to achieve components synchronous supply, therefore, had practical significance for the actual operation of the components synchronous supply in automobile mixed-model production line.Based on the analysis of the actual operation process of synchronous supply in mixed production line, the dissertation, firstly studied which type of components is applicable to synchronous supply, analyzed implementation conditions of synchronous supply, and then proposed measures to guarantee the synchronized supply. Then, by establishing a model to study the synchronous supply, the dissertation analyzed the processes and operation of synchronous supply, and then optimized the initial model. In the next section, the dissertation had modeled to analyze the correlated variables of synchronous supply including the collection amount of car sequence, delivery frequency and the safety stock, etc. Meanwhile, this dissertation had modeled to study the plant unloading time in synchronous supply operation guiding by the queuing theory. The studies of the correlated variables smoothed the implementation of synchronous supply. Finally, based on the research data of M automobile manufacturing enterprise, the dissertation studied the operation of synchronous supply in this enterprise with a combination of related models, and proposed improvement measures for its existing operation of synchronous supply.
