In the automotive market increasingly competitive circumstances, the enterprises have shifted gradually " less species and more volumes " rigid production in the past to " varieties and Less volumes" flexible production modes. Mixing production is a typical example of flexible production, which is more complicated than the production of a single line before. The structure of the Automobile itself is very complicated, and it requires a large amount of Accessories, and the supplies of parts in mixing production at different times have different types and quantities. Even at the same time, the same components required for the colors,the specifications,the performances are also different, leading that the Supply system of automotive assembly line are becoming more increasingly complicated. So many enterprises adopt JIT organization, and the application of JIT organization desires inevitably with JIT synchronous supply strategy. The synchronous supply strategy has established even higher standards on the Situation of Enterprises,the selection of Suppliers,the choice of Parts. At the same time, synchronous supply strategy requires a higher degree of sharing information for logistics. JIT supply strategy used in mixing production will become a new focus to Automobile manufacturing enterprises.the Researched object of this thesis is: under the Rhythm of the production,the sequence of the assembly known, as well as the layout of the production lines fixed conditions, taking the local vendors as researched targets, aiming chiefly at produced relatively larger size,their own colors and special properties of the exclusive parts of the vendors, on the condition that taking JIT synchronous supply strategy, how to achieve the material supply timely and accurate of the Mixed-model assembly lines.First, the thesis describes briefly the background of topic and researched significance as well as researched status quo of home and abroad related to Mixing Production, and on these basis, putting forward the main content of this thesis; elaborating the theories related with production logistics and the patterns of Mixing production; analyzing the Relativity on the material supply of the Mixed-model assembly lines of Automobile Plants; researching on the material categories and the corresponding supply strategy of Automobile Mixed-model assembly lines, and analyzing particularly on some basic problems of JIT supply strategy, for instance: the postulates when putting in practice JIT supply strategy,the essential traits of JIT supply strategy,the principles on selected parts of JIT supply strategy and the establishment of the Production plans and so on. Second, According to the characteristic of the different models in Mixing production line requiring the different Categories of the same parts, establishing the model on the actual process of Synchronous supply of materials, which shows that actualizing Synchronous supply must satisfy certain Condition; analyzing particularly each variable of the model, and illustrating the feasibility of Synchronous supply applied in Automobile plants; optimizing the established model. By putting forward some optimized measures, establishing the optimized model on Synchronous supply; researching and ascertaining correlated Variables on the optimized Synchronous supply model. Including: the delivered quantity of Each frequency for Synchronous supply,the delivered times of Weekly period (the intervals of time),the lead time of Each frequency and the safety stock. Last, Giving an automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example, analyzing existing supply patterns and problems, testifying the superiority of Synchronous supply by Specific data, Scheduling the given Material Required Table over again, and putting forward some ameliorative measures on existent patterns.
