With the dynamic, uncertain business environment, China’s color TV industry is oligarch competes. The competition between enterprises is becoming more and fiercer. How to construct the competition advantage of color TV Company? The primary factor is development strategy research and planning to build the core competitiveness and growth. Employing the theory and tools of strategic management, this article firstly analyzes the related conditions of A color TV strategy, and then make the development strategy and target of future three years scientifically.The overall framework and content arrangement as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, in this part introduces the research background and significance, as well as the company overview. In chapter two and three, by using PEST, this article analyzes the macroeconomic environment and industry and marketing environment of color TV, and then define the external opportunities and threats. In chapter four, this article analyzes the internal environment mainly from the aspects of company resources, capabilities, operating status and company culture to realize the internal strengths and weaknesses. In chapter five, using the strategy analysis tools for quantitative analysis and evaluation, and then through the SWOT analysis to judge the company strategy, at the same time, the use of quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) to make strategic decisions on the company’s overall strategy, finally determine the quality of company growth strategy. The sixth chapter presents the correlation method feasibility, company strategy implementation main measures and security and strategic control. The seventh chapter summarizes and describes for the conclusion and puts forward to the future development of the company.The significance of this article is that, using analysis tools for the formation of company strategy and to make objective evaluation and decision application of strategic quantitative. The conclusion has certain scientific and useful, beneficial to establish the company’s competitive advantage and long-term development.
