Commercial Banks is an important part of the national economy, it play an important role in the development of national economy。The government promised that should cancel all investment restrict to the foreign banks since we entered the WTO in2001. From that time, foreign banks is threaten to the commercial banks inland. They throw Better working conditions like high salaries to attract the best staff. As this reason, commercial banks inland lost a mass of staff.The key to the success of a enterprise is talent, the financial industry is also like this, bank’s competition indirectly is the competition of talent. Human resource has been brought to the attention of more and more commercial Banks, the effect of the management to commercial banks profit growth is a significant impact. Human resources implementation could consistent with the bank’s strategic goals or not is important. To keep the work of human resources management innovation and vitality, we need have job analysis to all the position of banks, develop scientific recruitment plan, make the performance appraisal and compensation management of commercial Banks perfectly, use performance appraisal results correct to train employees. Effective human resource management can help commercial banks to come to goal, create high performance and enhance competitive ability.Based on the NS bank of Guangdong province as an example, to analysis the problem of human resource management of commercial banks in China. Firstly, the literature of the HRM about commercial banks system at home and abroad was summarized; Secondly, combining actual of NS bank Design Institute, analyzing NS bank’s HRM status, and founding the existing problems; to sum up these problems can be summarized as roughly from several aspects:The rigid of employing system, unreasonable salary structure, incentive mechanism is single. Again, redesign the program of a HRM system, it includes formulate human resources strategies, redesign organization structure, optimize the structure of staff, expand recruitment channels, establishing scientific performance evaluation system, reform of the wage structure, implementation of "zero cost" incentive method, shift training ideas and shaping good banking culture and so on. Finally, proposing the implementation of the program impact assessment. Hope this thesis can be used for reference for the reform and development of other banks at present.
