Today's world is an open world.Since the middle of the 20 th century,with the ending of World War II,peace has brought the great liberation of productivity,the rapid development of science and technology had led to tremendous changes in the industrial structure of all countries in the world,the socialization and internationalization of modern productivity has been improved,the trend of worldwide economic integration is more obvious,countries and regions are more closely connected,and mutual openness and interdependence among countries in the world is enhanced.In response to this,Deng Xiaoping pointed out in 1984,today's world is an open world.Mutual openness is not only the needs of developing countries,but also the general trend of world development.Since China launched the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the policy of opening to the outside world has made remarkable achievements in many fields such as economy,science and technology.In order to thoroughly implement the great development achievements of reform and opening up,further improve China's technological and economic strength,and enhance China's international status in the world,the CPC Central Committee and State Council put forward the external development strategy of opening wider to the outside world.As an important part to safeguard the national economy and people's livelihood,the financial industry has made great progress under the background of opening wider to the outside world.At the same time,it also faces great competition and challenges from the international financial industry.Commercial banks are the most important part of China's financial system and have a significant impact and role in the development of China's financial market and national economy.The 21 st century is a century of globalization,marketization and informationization,and a century dominated by knowledge.Under the new economic conditions,the competition among enterprises is more reflected in the competition of talents.Therefore,human resources management in commercial banks has been highly concerned by the financial industry and scholars.However,there are many problems in the current human resources management in commercial banks.It is mainly reflected in emphasizing personnel number but ignoring personnel structure,attaching importance to academic degree but ignoring practical capacities,appreciating temporary effects but lacking long-term considerations,valuing employee work but neglecting employee thinking,and paying attention to employeebackground and resources but overlooking employee conduct.This paper analyzes the human resources management issues of Nanchang branch of X city commercial bank,and finds out the problems of Nanchang branch of X city commercial bank in human resources management,such as the proportion of employees' academic qualifications.The age structure is irrational,the human resources reserve is insufficient,the performance appraisal system is not perfect,the staff source and recruitment channels are single,and so on.The author combines his own experience of commercial banks in the past ten years,through the academic and understanding of the advanced human resources management literature and theory at home and abroad,to analyze the above problems in a deeper way,to analyze the main reasons for the problem: the lack of organizational structure Scientific,serious personnel faults,insufficient human resources management awareness,imperfect performance appraisal system,unsound employee recruitment system,unclear remuneration system,etc.,and based on their own knowledge,human resources of Nanchang branch of X city commercial bank management proposes innovative management suggestions and targeted change strategies that advance with the times: formulate long-term human resources strategy,optimize the internal organizational structure of banks,improve the structure of bank employees,expand bank recruitment channels,establish a scientific human resources performance appraisal system and optimize banks human resources management tools.In order to improve the many human resources management defects of Nanchang branch of X city commercial bank.At the same time,it is hoped that the case study of Nanchang branch of X city commercial bank can help other commercial banks in China to better formulate human resources systems and innovate human resources management methods,so as to achieve steady and long-term development in the financial market under the circumstances of expanding openness.
