Based on developing of China’s economic, the growth of China’s hotel industry havegot a high speed in three decades. As a development-oriented country of a government’sleading factor, we have got a lot of good policy and financial support. Our hotel industry isin an unprecedented development opportunity. All of these are also bringing our hotelmarket forward. The private capital in China who prefer to invest and to be a hotel ownerlacked of hotel management experience, so they choose a hotel management company whocan help them to be more professional. This model is called "Management Contract" andbecome the mainstream in China.However, with the prosperity of the hotel market, various of contradictions andconflicts appeared between owners and hotel management companies. And now, thisphenomenon are growing in intensity. It will hurt the health of our hotel industry.As a consequence of the above,the author want to analysis all of act in ManagementContract Model and try to give some better suggestions to those hotel owners. So an actualcases of H Group Company was writing and analyzing in this paper with the perspective ofhotel owners. At last, the author believe the conclusions of this article have extensiveapplicability and practical significance.
