Research On The Green Building Investment Strategy Based On The SD

As the environmental pollution and resources shortage issues are getting increasingly critical, the concept of sustainable development has dropped increasingly people’s attention. As one of the industry that takes a lot of resources and energy, Construction has brought a lot questions."Green building" is the combination of the concept of sustainable development and construction. Green building is the the only road that construction industry has to go, and it’s the final development direction of construction industry.The green building promoting subjects is the government, real estate developers and the public. As the most active subject, developers would be affected strongly by whether developers adopt the green building and what the strategy developers take.By using the system dynamics, this research would establish the DS model to research the question that whether developers would get developments by adopting the green building what the strategy developers take, and how developers investment strategy would present, when in the face of the green building investment.At the beginning, this article would introduce the knowledge of the system dynamics. Then we would establish the green building sales DS model. After determine the variables of model and mutual relations with data access method, we would run the model to find the result. At last we would draw the conclusion. And through the process of solving these problems, this article tries to explain the strategic behavior of developers in the real market.
