At present, most of China’s engineering supervision enterprises havenot established a perfect risk management system and put littleimportance on risk management, relevant study is rather little. In thispaper, the construction enterprises in the management of risk research.Construction project due to its large investment, long construction periodcharacteristic, make oneself with many uncertain factors, so it ’s more risk;therefore, how many risks of recognition from various risk degree ofimportance and influence, establish a set of risk evaluation system ofproject, it is crucial. This paper uses the principal component analysismethod is used to evaluate factors, eliminated information overlapping of,got the risk factor comprehensive evaluation model for the supervision, toits own risk management to provide a scientific basis.Due to large investment and long construction period features,construction projects make themselves with many uncertain factors, so it’s under more risk; therefore, how many risk identification risk indifferent degree of importance and influence on the project, it is veryimportant. In this paper, the method of principal component analysis to the evaluation factors, eliminated information overlapping of, got the riskfactor comprehensive evaluation model for construction engineeringenterprise, risk assessment provides scientific basis. Based on the riskassessment, according to the project characteristic, on the constructionproject risk management, and take the necessary risk control measures. Inthe setting of construction project risk coping strategies into four mainfactors: avoidance, transferability, palliative, acceptability. In theconstruction project risk monitoring and control process, discover thoseemerging as well as the time delay and the risk of changes, and timelyfeedback, and according to the project influence to construction project,risk identification, evaluation and coping strategies.
