The Construction Of The Informatization Evaluation Index System Of Modern Logistics Industry

Modern logistics industry is the transportation,storage,loading and unloading,distribution,information,and other aspects,thus forming a complete supply chain,to provide customers the multi-function needs comprehensive service industry.With the development of mobile Internet,information technology as the focus of modern logistics industry is undergoing tremendous changes.The rapid development of information technology,the development of modern logistics industry bring enormous impetus,overturns the traditional mode of production,business model and industry chain upstream and downstream works.In 2009 countries of the logistics industry adjust and revitalization of planning "points out that the logistics industry is a basic industry in the economic development of our country,present out new technology drives the rapid growth of the logistics demand,logistics informatization is the key to the adjustment and development of modern logistics industry.In this development environment as well as the actual logistics information construction process,how to evaluate the logistics informationization level from the industry level,is the construction of logistics information and must be solved in the process of developing modern logistics industry problems.In view of this,this article through the following four parts to the modern logistics industry informatization evaluation index system are studied:First summarizes the connotation and characteristics of modern logistics industry and logistics informationization,and system is introduced to establish the evaluation index system of the related realistic foundation and theoretical basis.Secondly,in accordance with the principles of the construction of index system,this article from the perspective of industrial design evaluation index system of logistics information,and through the principal component analysis to analyze index system selection and explanation,on the basis of constructing evaluation index system of logistics industry informatization level.Then,from the Angle of subjective and objective two index weight at all levels,respectively,using principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to establish the index system of primary index weight and secondary index weight,and analyzes and compares the two sets of weights,makes the weight more scientific and reasonable,through the calculation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index of logistics informationization development.Finally,this study selected the logistics industry in Shanxi Province in 2009-2009,the related measure data,the quantitative evaluation,logistics industry informationization of Shanxi Province the index informatization index measure and evaluate the informationization level,validation set up evaluation index system is feasible and effective.Finally it is concluded that: from this article build the informatization evaluation index system of the evaluation results on the logistics industry informatization in Shanxi Province,and coincided basically with the real situation of the logistics industry informatization in Shanxi Province,prove that determine the evaluation index system of this article is credible and feasible.
