| Today, the mobile telephone industry is developing quickly. The multifunction isbecoming popular, and the competition of market is becoming fierce, so all of themanufacturers have to pay attention to four factors: aiming at the market, coming into themarket rapidly, better quality and lower cost, which can help them to get the market earlierand profit from it. Company HY that does R&D for a famous manufacturer in the chain ofthe industry must try its best to meet the customer's request.1033 is the important newproduct put forward by customer in 2007,how to finish the project successfully in a shortperiod and how to run risk management stand in the breach for company HY.This paper does research on project 1033's risk management. Based on the theory ofrisk management, firstly, introduces project 1033 process. Secondly, taken riskmanagement's five processes as main process and company HY's new productdevelopment process as secondary process, makes a deep study on five project riskmanagement process including risk management planning, risk identification, risk analysis,risk response and risk monitor & control. At chapter 4, identifies every project phase'srisks and analyzes them briefly by applying some methods. At chapter 5, evaluates projectrisks combining qualitative risk analysis with quantitative risk analysis and explicates themethod of quantitative risk analysis. At chapter 6,responds with compounding riskresponse strategies. At chapter 7, devises three methods of risk monitor & control to reducethe risk and control risk effectively. The author thinks that the resultful method of riskmanagement can reduce risk events, strictly control every milestone's schedule, shorten thecost and avoid recurrence of flaws and design change request.This paper aims to reduce the project risk and manage to the anticipating project goalby running the risk management of the project 1033 by combining theory with practice.This paper provides a good reference for the project risk management of company A. |
