Research Of Service And Storage Project Communication Management In S Sub-Business Of F Group

With the rapid development of world economic integration process, foreignenterprises have to seek partners in China, while Chinese enterprises make greatefforts to introduce foreign capital, advanced technology and management experience,transnational project cooperation was introduced into China enterprise. Economicglobal takes great opportunities for transnational project cooperation, while it bringsbig challenges. They can learn and get benefit from each other, however, whethertransnational project can be fully aware of the culture difference and adapt to thedifferent culture impact, which takes an important role on the success of the project.In fact, due to the background difference, contradictions will be produced during theproject building period, so the effective communication is a great challenge fortransnational project.Service and Storage project in S Sub-Business of F Group is the transnationalproject, due to F group is OEM, meanwhile Service and Storage project is cooperatedby China and USA staff, there are their own features, that is the conflicts of interestsand culture between the F Group and customers. To avoid and decrease the impact ofthese conflicts on projects, there is a challenge of effective communication. Thisthesis starts from the discussion of Service and Storage project currentcommunication management in S Sub-Business of F Group and the introduction of SSub-Business, then analyzes the specific features of communication management,that is strategic target difference, technology control, project control and culturedifference. Finally it makes the conclusion of the two major challenges in Service and Storage project, that is conflict communication and cross-culture communication.Based on this background, this thesis focuses on the research of conflictcommunication and cross-culture communication. According to the research ofconflict communication in Service and Storage project in S Sub-Business of F Group,firstly it analyzes the project conflict’s influence on the project and conflict ofinterests between the two sides in the project building period, meanwhile combiningwith the theory of conflict on the project communication management， finally itdiscusses countermeasures and strategies for conflict communication. On the otherhand, it focuses on the research of cross-culture communication in Service andStorage project in S Sub-Business of F Group, firstly it describes the influence on theproject and summarizes the successful experience on the cross-culturecommunication for the Service and Storage project in S Sub-Business of F Group,furthermore, this thesis points out the negative area by a example, finally it makesstrategies to improve cross-culture communication in Service and Storage project in SSub-Business of F Group effectively.According to the research of conflict communication and cross-culturecommunication in Service and Storage project in S Sub-Business of F Group，itsummarizes the experience and conclusion for the effective project conflictcommunication and cross-culture communication.
