Research On Project Cross-department Communication Management In Company NN

In modern enterprises,the cooperation between departments is more and more frequent.In cross-departmental project management,there is a growing connection between the members from each team,and the communication behavior goes throughout the whole project life cycle.The project communication management is becoming more and more important,and the problems exposed by the communication mis-management are becoming more and more prominent.How to communicate effectively in cross-departmental project communication and promote the cooperation among cross-departmental members is particularly important in the project management practice of the enterprise.This study takes the management communication problem of the cross-departmental process optimization project of NN company as the research focus,after understanding the NN company background,organization structure,project background and team composition,then identifies the problems in cross-departmental communication,and takes the communication model,communication elements and relative communication strategies as the framework,Analysis of these communication barriers,resulting in cross-departmental project communication problems,based on the use of relevant knowledge of communication management to study these issues,from the aspects of communication planning,information management and other aspects of the corresponding improvements and recommendations,applies analytical tools and training to improve the effectiveness of communication management,as well as to improve the efficiency of team communication.In the project communication Management,the correct and effective management strategy can improve the collaboration efficiency among the cross-departmental project team members,and also can enhance the effective achievement of the project team's external communication goals.Through the research of this paper,the in-company communication management will be improved,and I also hope to provide reference for communication management in the same industry.
