The project ERP of Company SG is the information software in the constructionmachinery industry.It has easy management and control of distributed architecture andpowerful workflow engine, and provides on-demand modules for industry solutions.The system emphasis advanced technology, It not only focus on the business in theshort term, but also take long term strategy into consideration to make sure theadvanced technology used in the system. As a consequence, it brings great difficulty tothe project management.We found a series of problems of the time management which used traditionalcritical path method during the process or the finished project of Company Q. Forinstance, there’s a great deviation between the planning time and the actual implementtime and it is hard to adjust. What’s more, project delay is common to see. However,facing the delay problem, the managers of the project have no efficient method for theprocess monitory, and have no relative solution to fix that.Aiming at the problem in the project of Company Q, this paper will introduce theproject ERP developed by Company SG and analyze the problem in the current project.This paper uses CPM critical path method and CCPM critical path method to dothe specific time management of the project, rearrange and optimize the time plan in theproject, follows CCPM method to set the buffer zone, and monitor the project processtogether with the process monitoring of risk management and buffer zone.On the basis of the working package of ERP project of Company SG, this paperaim to establish a brand new process plan according to the developed ERP systemproject. The work period will be more reliable and scientific compared to the onedrafted by CPM and will be more instructive and meaningful.This paper makes use of the CCPM time management method to do the timemanagement and solve the following problems of ERP project successfully:(1)It solvedlow efficiency and period delay problem caused by subjective reasonsefficaciously.(2)It is impossible for the project manager to monitor the process efficiently under complex situation. However, the monitoring of three buffer zonesmake it easier for the project manager to observe the process, and they can take actionsoon.(3)Considering both organization structure and risk management, this paper setforth difference organization structure and risk management.
