| Semiconductor industry is the foundation of the information industry.It is also one important field for the international competition of the high technology.In order to perform its functions,semiconductor I/O is required to connect with external devices.Semiconductor substrate,which links semiconductors with external media,plays an important role.A-company is a leading manufacturer of high-end printed circuit boards(PCB)in Europe and the world.In 2013,A-company took the next step of its high-tech strategy.It began to develop and manufacture semiconductor substrate with a leading semiconductor manufacturer.A-company Chongqing plant(as ‘Chongqing plant’ for short in below)manufactures semiconductor substrate.Chongqing plant has become the only three factories in the world and the only one manufacturer of new generation highend semiconductor substrate in mainland China.As the only one new generation of highend semiconductor substrate manufacturers in mainland China,there is no mature experience to follow to setup production line meanwhile there is high requirements to Chongqing plant from A-Company regarding to the time management of the setup of the production line.This paper will introduce the basic theory and method of project management and time management,discuss the related domestic and overseas study.And it will describe Chongqing plant’s actual situation of backend production line setup and time management of the project,analyze and find out the problem.The author will try to use PERT and CCPM to analyze,manage the project and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods mentioned above,show the primary results after using the method.Finally it will conclude which method is more suitable for the project.It will provide the theoretical instruction and practical model to Chongqing plant backend production line setup project,thereby improving the project management of Chongqing plant backend production line setup project and other similar projects. |
