Time Management In Base Station Network Administration Software Development Projects

The thesis depicts the entire development process of the Base Station Network Administration software for China Mobile, Beijing, Inc., emphasizing the application of Critical Path method for time management, which includes identifying the extent of the project, project WBS, project progress and the critical path, and how to give estimates of time, resources and progress for the project. The thesis also discusses how to set check points for projects, by giving five typical examples; it elaborates how to monitor progresses and adjust strategies, so as to ensure the project to meet the original schedule.The thesis also summarizes the pros and cons of Critical Path method while managing Base Station Network Administration Software Development project, which provides a reference for applications in similar fields.
