Nowadays, one of the words that have been used most is “execution”. From theparty congress reports to the enterprise conclusions, and from the development plans ofthe government to the academic papers, the “execution” problem has been discussed allthe time in everywhere. It shows that no matter in government or enterprises, theirbiggest problem is also the “execution” problem,. As the writer is the CEO in acompany, he can deeply feel the importance of a company’s “execution”. From the levelof business management, middle managers are connecting links, they can find thatexecution plays a big part in firms. Because whether a company can keep sustainabledevelopment and make superior achievements, the most important thing is whether ithas a middle-level management team, who know business, good in management andcommunication, will to struggle, integrity and diligent.From the view of systemic theory and combined of qualitative and quantitativeanalysis, the paper resorts to document analysis, survey and interview, statisticalanalysis and some other ways. The major emphasis is the next three questions: First,based on the administration power, how to identify the middle managers’ strategyexecutive ability in HC company. Second, what are the major factors that affect themiddle managers’ strategy executive ability in HC Company? Third, what are theprimary means to improve the middle managers’ strategy executive ability in HCCompany?Judged from the study’s design, the writer writes five chapters in this paper toachieve his corresponding research goals.The first part is introduction. First, he introduces the research background of thepaper. From the basic information of HC Company, development states, the mid-termand the long-term development strategies in the future, the writer brings in the researchissue. Then he states the purpose and significance of the research. At last, he states themeans and design of it.The second part is the review and comment on document. First is to introduce theconception of execution, and list some famous scholars’ theoretical researches on execution. Second is some related theoretical basis of execution. Third is someantecedents of strategy executive ability, and it analyses how these factors affect themiddle managers’ strategy executive ability.The third part is the form of the evaluation model about the middle managers’strategy executive ability. There are three aspects in main. First are the main actions ofthe middle managers’ low level strategy executive ability. Second is the theoretical formof the evaluation model about the middle managers’ strategy executive ability. The thirdis the test of the evaluation model of the middle managers’ strategy executive ability.The fourth part is the existing conditions’ analysis of the middle managers’ strategyexecutive ability in HC Company. This part consists of self audit report, theoreticalanalysis of effect factors and analysis of restraining factors. Thus, we have an objective,general and scientific understanding of the effect factors of the middle managers’strategy executive ability in HC Company.The fifth part is the opinions to improve the middle managers’ strategy executiveability in HC Company. The writer analyses how to improve the middle managers’strategy executive ability from three aspects. Firstly, how to create conditions toimprove the middle managers’ strategy executive ability. Secondly, how to find ways toimprove the middle managers’ strategy executive ability. Thirdly, how to improveexecutive ability according to the middle managers’ certain problems in HC Company.The first two parts belong to theoretical analysis, and the third part belongs to specificanalysis.
