Study On The Middle Managers Execution Of Contel Company

The execution is a key factor of deciding the enterprise success or failure, and it is to become an important factor of the enterprise competition in 21 century. No execution and no competition. Today, more and more enterprises are convinced of the importance of execution.Contel Group is a young and high expanding company. However, it meets many problems in the course of high expanding. The key issue focus at the low OTD (on time delivery) rate. The root cause is tie up with the execution of company's execution ability, especially the execution ability of middle managers. Obviously, it is an important topic to improve execution ability of middle managers.On the base of the research in execution, middle managers and the execution of middle managers at inside and outside, this article makes the enhancement of middle managers'execution in Contel as the main study object. It researches the infection factors of the execution of middle managers, its operation principle and connotation by the method of studying theory in the base of abundant practice survey. On the base of the study on Contel execution actuality, this article try to seek the key influencing factors of middle mangers'execution and develops a appropriate operation system and method to improve execution of Contel's middle managers from 3 areas as following: (1)By improving the whole condition of an enterprise such as establishing enterprise strategy which can be carried out, designing a good organization structure, rationalizing operation program, establishing performance assessment related to employees'execution,cultivating corporate culture with execution; (2) Establish high effective and executive team; (3) Improving middle managers'abilities—technique ability and management ability.
