As the important content of public expenditure, finance support agriculture is the major policies and measures for the government to regulate and protect agriculture. Its investment strength, investment measure and investment structure attract more and more attention of the society. Market economy is the economy that emphasis on efficiency of economy. Fiscal expenditure under the condition of market economy is the objective requirement of the transformation of government functions. How to improve the financial expenditure level is Yueyang city’s current job, and it is also the important aspects badly in need of perfecting.This article is about the Yueyang city’s financial support problems of agriculture and Countermeasures of the empirical analysis.
