Research On The Problems Of Agriculture Information Construction Of Yueyang

Agriculture is the basic industry of national economy, and also the foundation of human existence. At present, our country is in the key period of constructing modern agriculture, and the growth of agricultural economy needs new impetus urgently. Using modern information technology to reconstruct traditional agriculture and meanwhile combining information technology with traditional agriculture is the elementary requirement of the essential content of modern agriculture value and building a well-off society in an all-round way. To strengthen the research of agriculture information development holds strong theoretical and practical significance to promote the speedy,sound and harmonious development of agriculture and agriculture economy, and also realizing agriculture modernization.This paper emphasized the history and present situation of agriculture information of Yueyang, including obtained achievement and existing problems, and pointed out the function and contribution which agriculture information construction has made to the economical development of Yueyang. Then from the four aspect of government,farmers,enterprises and intermediary organization, it analyzed the reason why the construction of agriculture information in Yueyang has fall behind. Next, this paper described the current status and reason of farmers'involvement in agriculture information construction, built an evaluation system of farmers'involvement in agriculture information construction. And also, on the basis of introducing,comparing and selecting the primary model of agriculture information construction of Yueyang, it analyzed the existing circumstances of agriculture information construction both inner and abroad, and the inspiration for agriculture information construction in Yueyang. Last but not least, based on the problems of agriculture information construction of Yueyang, this paper put forward the objective of agriculture information construction, defined the mentality of development, ascertain the focal point of development, and posed some suggestions.
