Research On Transforming Economic Development Mode By Taking ’People-Oriented’ As The Orientation

Over the past30years, China’s reform and opening moblized fully the enthusiasm of each aspects, which made our economic and social development got unprecedented achievement. However, with the upgrading of China’s stage of development, economic expansion and facing scarcity of resources, coupled with domestic and international conditions change, the traditional development mode has become increasingly incompatible with the economic and social development, the contradictions and problems more and more prominent. This not only severely restricted the sustained and stable economic and social development, but also not conducive to social harmony and stability. In2008, the global financial crisis and the spread, so that our current mode of economic development and unsustainable growth defects exposed, insinuating the need for transformation of economic development, importance and urgency. Admittedly, if we can not really change the way of economic development, we can not realize the long-term economic and social sustainable and stable development. To truly change the way of economic development, we must adhere to the people-oriented.In this article, I always focus on describing the points between people-oriented and economic development. First, I have a deeper understanding of people-oriented theory by reading a lot of literature. I think that people-oriented make us known making harmonious between human and nature, human and society is very important. Secondly, describing the factors which constraint the transformation of China’s current economic development, it includes the price mechanism, the administrative management system, enterprise system, income distribution system and social security system. Thirdly, the transformation of economic development mode by taking people-oriented as orientation should take four focal points: personnel training and innovation, strategic development of new industries, the income distribution system reform and to protect and improve people’s livelihood. Finally, starting from the focus, propose my proposals about the transformation of economic development. It mainly include the innovation system, improve the system of property rights, maintain and achieve fairness and justice, build a reasonable income distribution system, the development of circular economy and path of sustained development.
