Study on the Development Strategy of Xi’an XZ Printing Limited CompanyNowadays, in the management ages, regardless of large enterprises of the whole people, or small private enterprises, without exception, are all putting emphasis on enterprise management from hardware to software. But at present, many enterprises are lacking of long-term development plan, without a clear development strategy and competitive strategy; even with strategic planning, strategic decision often changes freely, lacking of scientific decision-making mechanism; in some cases, company strategic judgments even depend only on the leaders and managers’personal intuition and experience, shorting of knowledge to the market and competitive environment; lacking of understanding and lacking of quantitative and objective analysis; blinding to chase market hot spot, and leading to enterprise investment excessive diversification, then leading to scattered resources, confused management; there is no common understanding on the enterprise’s future development direction, and there are bigger internal differences. To some extent, these factors restrict the development of enterprises.As a special anti-fake printing business company, XZ company has its obvious secret worry under its prosperous background, the author realize that XZ company as a special business is facing the following problems:1. XZ company belongs to printed circuit enterprise producing special presswork, it faces market competence in a certain range, while not completely market competence, so it has some psychology advantage.2. The operating situation is better in recent years, then the business operator is short of prospective consciousness, easily satisfied with the current situation, and short of coping ability to the potent entering opponent, he only cares the situation at present, but lack of long-term plan.3. The products of our company are made to order by customers, then the company is lack of study on customers and new technologies, it can’t make good guide to clients and product technologies, and resulted in shortness of core-competitiveness.Aiming at the previous out-lined problems, through the analysis on the internal and external situation of XZ company, this paper reasonably analyzes the receipt printing market in the business of our country by means of strategic management, puts forward the developing strategic goal, and analyzes other special printing, packing business situation combining XZ company present situation, and provides clear and definite target plan for XZ company entering other special area. To realize the strategy, this paper puts forward guarantee measures from market developing, comprehensive management, personnel training and technique research, and so on. By impelling business turning into multivariant business in special printing area, improving utilizing efficient of resource and the coping ability to the market, then realize rapid and healthy development of our enterprise.
