Research On The Action Mechanism Of Entrepreneurship And Technological Innovation Capability Of Enterprise

Since the21st century, Innovation has played a more and more important role insocial economy, GDP is more dependent on the implementation of the innovationenterprise, economic society has been shifting from "managed economy" to"entrepreneurial economy", the importance of innovation can be awared easily.Technological innovation, as the most important core of innovation, is the foundationof enterprise’s sustainable development, is getting more and more attention. Obviously,the influence of entrepreneurship and technological innovation capability arousesmore and more attention.The domestic and foreign scholars research onentrepreneurship and technological innovation capability, and their theoreticalachievements have been quite mature.The study of the relationship between them alsohas begun to take shape, but still exists many problems and controversy. Scholarshave focused on entrepreneur capability and enterprise behavior, through whichdiscuss the technological innovation capability. Such research relatively pay moreattention to appearance, not deeply dig the inner motive power of its behavior, notdeeply discuss the interaction mechanism.This article explains,analyses and evaluates enterprise’s technological innovationcapability through entrepreneurship, trying to explore the internal mechanism betweenthem.This article is based on the analysis of the enterprise capability and behavior,analyzes the psychological characteristics and thinking mode. More importantly, Thisarticle committes to explore the guiding role of enterprise culture and regulationsorganization to entrepreneurship in the level of organization. This article firstly startsfrom reading the research and related literature at home and abroad, combing out theorganizational level entrepreneurship and innovation capability from the main view,and combining with business conditions in China, forming a reasonable explanationof entrepreneurship and technological innovation capability theory. Then, throughdesigning the evaluation index of entrepreneurship and innovation capability, dividing the enterprise technological innovation capability as the dependent variable,entrepreneurship as the independent variables, using the data from the questionnaires,the research can get conclusion by the help of SPSS data analysis software usingmultiple regression analysis. Finally, this artical gets to the conclusion ofentrepreneurship is positively correlation with the technology innovation capability ofenterprise and puts forward some management implications and suggestions.
