A reasonable and effective compensation system is the enterprise attracts talent, tarry talent and develop talent important means. Through the effective salary system design, enterprise can through the salary management coordination behavior of employees, in order to obtain desired results, to promote business objectives. The enterprise’s internal and external environment change constantly, salary system design and implementation should be regarded as a dynamic process.
