According to the requests of production deliverability transformation from the Fertilizer Division of Baling Branch, this paper deeply explored every process, which included the process of coal gasification, the shift process, the process of Rectisol, the process of Methanation and the process of generating ammonia, to solve the problems we may have met in the transformation.As to the process of coal gasification, our points were in the influence of the ratio of oxygen atoms and carbon atoms to the production index, the ratio of carbon conversion and the cold gas efficiency, of coal gasification reactors. And we reached the conclusion that the ratio of oxygen atoms and carbon atoms had a limitation, not increasing without it. In the normal operation, we usually kept it under1.00.For the shift process, we did the research from its kinetics equation, and focused on the effect of the ratio of water steam and the coal gas to the shift reaction. At last, we pointed that the ratio of water steam and the coal gas had two boundary value. For example, as about the entrance gas which contained CO30%, CO28.4%and H240%, when he ratio of water steam and the coal gas was in0.3-0.65, its effect to the reaction was apparent.To the process of Rectisol, we provided the logical relationship of important production index. Through the concept of absorption kinetics, we concluded that the gas flow was directly proportional to the methanol absorbent. At the same time, if we raised the methanol circulating flow, there would be a short of cooling energy. And the methanol renewable tower’s load would be up. Then we also thought improving the methanol’s quality was helpful to the absorption rate.As about the process of Methanation, our focuses were on the supply of heat energy. Through analyzing, we pointed out the whole system’s heat energy from outside depending on thermodynamic process itself.In the process of generating ammonia, from the kinetics equation of synthetic ammonia we found the ammonia content gap between entrance gas and exit gas in the synthetic ammonia reactors were very important. And the results showed that when the ammonia content from entrance gas raised the gap would tend to reduce. As usual, we chose the ammonia content from entrance gas lowing to2%. The gas flow rate was inversely proportional to the gap. When the gas flow rate was low, it was not conducive to the distraction of the beds’ temperature.After every process analyzed, we provided the production transformation programs. Then we discussed their advantages and disadvantages. In the end, this paper did the transformation’s performance analysis, we calculated the program’s profit.
