With the further deepening of market economy system reform in our country, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fiercer, and behind the intense market competition in the final analysis, it is competition of the useful talented person. How to attract talented person to join in and keep useful talented personare imperative. Of these, the key is whether enterprise can establish a kind of a functioning market attractive talent value compensation system.This paper uses Xindong Chemical Plant as the research object, with the basis of combing summary of related concepts and theories, and introduces the salary system of Xindong Chemical Plant, analyzes the problems existing in the salary system of enterprise.Combined with chemical industry characteristics and Xindong chemical factory actual situation optimizes design of the compensation system of Xindong Chemical Plant. Theeffective implementation of the security measures of compensation scheme is discussed in this paper.The following conclusions are drawn in this paper:(1) Through the investigation and analysis, Xindong Chemical Plant compensation system optimization design basis is drawn, the scientific job evaluation is given, and the new salary structure is cleared: main staff salary structure and executive compensation structure. For different categories of groups, put forward the main staff, executives, sales staff, and technical staff of the specific design.(2) Strengthening compensation system optimization of full control is proposed.The construction of a full range of communication and feedback mechanism is given.Improving the enterprise salary management system on the optimization of the salary system for the implementation of security measures, ensure orderly compensation optimization, and the optimization of the salary system implementation effect is analyzed.
