The contribution to the progress of Science and technology is directly related to the quality of economy operation and the development potential of the economy In a country or region In the development of economy. It has been recognized by people,but the same financial input to science and technology does not automatically lead to the same level of economic growth. Innovation is the sauce of survival, development and competitiveness.At present,promote the process of reform of the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics is essentially the process of building innovative research system.Key Laboratories of Guangdong Province are the core strength and backbone platform of basic research、application of basic and development research、strategic high-tech research, and could service for the economic construction in our province while improving the technical level.However,in our province,the rate of the conversion of Scientific and Technological Achievements and the contribution to economic development is not high. There fore, to strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is imminent.In order to effectively excavate the potential of the Key Laboratory of technological innovation,industry-oriented innovation management is especially important. Under the background of the hot topic "Low conversion rate",the thesis selected the foothold of Southern Medical University Key Laboratories for the study to obtain a feasible key laboratory innovation management model.The thesis introduced the key laboratory function orientation and implementation model.Deeply explored the theoretical basis of the industry-oriented management model based on the PDCA theoretical.and focused on the necessity-further analyzes management deficiencies;and then creatively put forward the design ideas, basic structure, model components and functions.demonstrated the feasibility of the model with the key laboratories of Southern Medical University for example.Finally, the application of the model are summarized.I Theoretical BasisII Building model(1) Research of Operating Mechanism about Key Laboratory2.Design Ideas about Innovation Management Model3.The Basic Structure of The Innovation Management Model4.The Components and functions of The Innovation Management ModelIII The Empirical ResearchThere are13key laboratories of Guangdong province which played a typical role.Based on the theory of PDCA cycle and actual work.we could build innovative management system.IV Summary of The ApplicationThe greatest contribution of this paper is to design a model.From the practice of lab industry-oriented management does not exist a fixed model.The rate of transformation of scientific research is not the best,only more satisfied.Our labs provide a wealth of reference.The path selection of the model in this article only provides an idea.Overall,lab management level to improve also depends on the smooth progress of the overall management system.
