According to statistics,1434navigation signs,84signal flags and facilities,63sailing water gauge,6320measurement and control network, including communication lever Road655kilometers communications line2321pairs kilometers,205piers, more than20million square meters factories, production and living rooms,47anchorages were inundated. Shipping safety and shipping capacity get different level influence, change coastline distribution, port wharf through ability, bring adverse effect, but also create opportunity for the resource integration and replan.To restore the shipping functions of port and related infrastructure in flooded areas, in accordance with the principle of first flooded the first built, the first built after the relocation, rehabilitate waterway facilities, main port, trunk communication, port and shipping supervision, navigation facilities, and water transport industry projects and so on in the reservoir area, submerged rehabilitation works substantially completed in2009.Through a series of projects the rehabilitation port has greatly improved and enhanced in the port layout seaworthy condition, loading and unloading efficiency, throughput capacity, the ability of radiate and collection and distribution. Meanwhile, in line with the construction of Chongqing shipping center, Chongqing main city, Fuling, Wanzhou, and Zhongxian, Jiangjin, Yongchuan district, Chongqing have focused on creating the large specialized terminals for container, ro-ro, tourism, planned to construct nine ports and four zones. Series of project effectively promote the role of port shipping to transportation and economic development in the reservoir area, laid the foundation for the construction and development of the upper Yangtze River shipping center.This article takes the national Yangtze River golden waterway construction, Chongqing water transportation infrastructure construction as a background, statistical analysis rehabilitation project and the Chongqing shipping development condition,the investigation rehabilitation project to the Chongqing shipping center development influence, on the basis of the analysis of the correlation between them, use improved the Solomon Swann model, the throughput port, the port handling capacity,the transport ship supply and support the level of protection for the variable, calculate rehabilitation project to shipping center development contribution rate to62.31%, put forward to accelerate shipping center construction advice, and the results can provide the guidance for the reservoir area next plan and construction. Therefore, it is very significance to further promote Chongqing shipping center construction, enhance Chongqing shipping center development level. |
