Supply chain management has become an immediate research focus. Supply chain system is composed of nodes enterprise which contribute their value to the whole supply chain. There is interaction between enterprises.System consists of elements, each element Contains numbers of attributes, the impact between elements is connected by attributes. Node enterprises of Supply Chain contain many indexes, the impact between node enterprises is connected by indexes. This paper researches the supply chain with stable structure, the structure of the supply chain and the position of the node enterprise in the SC is unchanged, but the performance of the node enterprises can be changed by the effect of the External environment.This paper gets the Sub-strategic objectives of the node enterprises with the method breaking down the strategic objectives, then set up the index system of the node enterprises by the Sub-strategic objectives and explain the index. This paper ascertain the weight of the index by Questionnaire , analyses the Reliability and validity.Based on the mind of System Structure, this paper use the fuzzy relation matrix of multiattribute and the relations of node enterprises to evaluate the Center Degree. This paper assumes that the Center Degree is unchanged.Node enterprises have different performance because different Nodes are affected by many factors. This paper assesses the performance of Nodes by index system during the operation of the Supply Chain.This paper defined that the Contribution Degree of the node is the Product of the Center Degree and performance of the node. This paper used the System Dynamics to analyses the Contribution Degree based on the alteration of the performance of the node. Finally, this paper use the software Vensim to simulate the example of solar PV industry.
