MBO, as one of the modern management method, is to enhance themanagement level, improve the enterprise benefit effective means. In the faceof increasingly severe competition of automobile market environment,production enterprises especially parts production enterprises, to be squeezedsurvival and expanding their own strength, no good management method isdifficult to achieve. It is based on the pressure, Fawer since2006planning,designed MBO of Fawer characteristic implementation plan, and after twomonths after the trial operation in the whole company within the scope of thefull implementation of the management by objectives.MBO is a strategy for the pilot, planning as the core, through the index ofthe layers of decomposition and implement, give full play to the internalmanagement mechanism function, and mobilize employees’ subjectiveinitiative and the team spirit, to achieve the company whole targetmanagement method. And MBO in Fawer, but also combines the internaleconomic relations marketization and ISO/TS16949management thought,through the target setting, decomposition and implement, make thedecision-making, management and all the staff has a clear mission andresponsibility, in order to effectively improve the staff’s initiative and the senseof responsibility, and finally achieve the enterprise and employees "win-win ".However, any a kind of brand-new management methods, in the earlystages of the implementation of the enterprise, will meet certain resistance,MBO in Fawer also have had the same problem, such as its main leadership promote positive, not negative treat employees, etc. In the face of this situation,the company headquarters pertinently adopted measures, has carried onmany times, multifaceted management by objectives for propagandizingspecial training, make the leadership and employee gradually from the thoughtrejection transition to eager to accept index, eager to share to the targetrealized gains and a sense of accomplishment. After years of practice, MBO inFawer of the implementation of the incipient effect, not only increase theeconomic benefits, at the same time also prompted enterprise from extensivemanagement to fine management transformation, more important, it makesmore staff of participating in the management goal in the process of their owngot exercise and improve.
