This paper first introduces the basic situation of Bank of Jilin. On the basic ofanalysis of the current situation of human resource in Bank of Jilin, this article mainlystudied the human resources staff incentive mechanism.This paper expounds the current staff incentive system situation in Bank of Jilinand points out the problems existing in the management; it also gives suggestions on thestaff incentive mechanism in the strategic transition period of Bank of Jilin.The paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the original incentivemechanism of Bank of Jilin and gives suggestions on the future incentive frame.Finally, it expounds the staff incentive mechanism of post setting, income distributionmanagement and talent incentive of specific content of Bank of Jilin in detail.Especially in the aspect of salary incentive system, the implementation should keepconsistent with the target.After the careful analysis on the incentive mechanism and staff incentivemechanism related theory, the author puts forward a set of reasonable and perfectmanagement mechanism.
