The thesis is done in the Management Game (MG) research by Kaneji Meilong University, which simulating the real business environment, including marketing, production and finance, etc. Dyler International Watch Co. Ltd. is one of the70simulated companies. It has been operated for three years. During the operation period, the management team should determine the development strategy and make business decisions quarterly based on market change. Each company should send the decision-making information to MG interaction IT simulation system and at the same time, the management team could use their own salary to invest in simulated marketing. All these activities will produce business results by simulated systematic marketing operation. Each company will adjust its development strategy and marketing plan based on market change.The problems of Dyler International Co. Ltd met have been analyzed, including macro, micro and internal environment. The SWOT is identified for the company and further development strategy is raised as well as internal management measures.The essay is done in a simulated environment, while it is not far away from reality. All the reality environments have been considered to determine the development strategy and marketing strategy. The business performance is going upward by the good combination of practice and theory.
